A post a day keeps the blues away!Keng Fai's Blog July 03 FInally! MST over! Woot! Time to update blog. Today I went to watch Transformers 2, again, followed by Ice Age 3. Ice Age 3 was worth my six dollars, seriously. Although I said that it was a "gina movie". There is a couple of things I would update in the next few days. Things like last week's cycling trip, Ice Age 3's review, and something I can't recall currently =( Before I end off today's post, I would just like to say something to someone(s): "One man. Alone. Betrayed by his friends. Taking the Red Line. Surrounded by Swine!" June 29 CTA! First day of school started bad with the CTA paper. I actually made a big careless mistake on the easiest question! Well, hopefully tomorrow's maths paper would be better. I'm still waiting for someone to upload the cycling photos so I can blog it! All I want to say is, good luck all for tomorrow's paper! P.S: Anyone fancy 50-cent durians? June 26 Durian Picking: Round 2 There are much smaller ones this rounds, and also much bigger ones! They were all so tasty~!  Whats left, should be gone by tomorrow! June 25 Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009) My Rating: 8.8 What can I say, its Transformers! Watching vehicles transforming into robots can never be enough! This time round, there are more transformers. However, I it would be great if they had more screen time of the "other' transformers. Unlike the first movie, the robots have as much screen time as compared to humans. Which means we get to see more robots! In my opinion, Shia LaBeouf is by far the luckiest guy on Earth.He gets to make out with Megan Fox, again, as well as a new character played by Isabel Lucas, although her screen time was a little too short, in my opinion. Compared to the first movie, this has much more humour, mostly coming from the Autobot Twins, John Turturro (yes, he's back) and Ramon Rodriguez (new guy). I do not why the ratings for this show on Rotten Tomatoes and Straits Times is so bad. Megan Fox alone is worth so many plus points! Although her screen time seems to insufficient (its never enough!). Well, what can I say, if you loved the first movie, this is a must watch. If you love Megan Fox, I think you've already watched this movie, maybe a second round? June 23 Genting Trip 09 Click to view all photos! Genting was fun but boring after we finished all the rides. If you ever go there, do not eat at the Kopitiam. The food there is very expensive and not nice! June 20 Durian Picking~ Makan ar!  We picked about 15 durians. These are one ones left after eating! This round was something new, picnic @ Marina Barrage! I have to say, the Barrage is good place to have a picnic, would be even better if they had a 7-11 or Cheers located around the area. Well, for those who want to know how bad I was, here is a photo of my swollen eyes, caused by medicine allergy.  May 30 Night at the Museum 2 (2009) My Rating: 7.0 Well, its the same storyline, except that its in another bigger museum. Most of the characters of part 1 are back, as well as various new characters. As expected from a Ben Stiller movie, this one is full of humour. This movie would make anyone want to buy a maglite! This is not a much watch. Watch it if you have some time to kill and some money to spend. |
